Which airport should Napa retreat groups use?
Groups can fly into SFO or OAK, about 60 and 54 miles away, or Sonoma County (STS) at about 48 miles. Napa has no airline airport of its own, so Swvl captains track each flight and bring the group to the resort in one vehicle.
Can Swvl run a multi-winery Napa Valley day?
Yes. One captain can carry your team from Downtown Napa up Highway 29 to Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga. Highway 29 is the valley's busy spine, so Swvl plans the stop order to keep tastings on schedule, and nobody in the group takes the wheel.
Do you run BottleRock group transfers?
Yes. At a past BottleRock Napa Valley, organizers expected 30,000-plus fans a day at the Napa Valley Expo and aimed to keep cars off city streets. One Swvl van or minibus from your hotel to an agreed drop-off replaces several cars.
How is a Napa corporate retreat priced?
One-off retreat charters are quote-based with no parking and no surge. Share dates, group size and stops, and Swvl returns a quote covering airport transfers, winery days and dinners, with one invoice for the full program.
